DESCRIPTION:
FMD WILL BE CLOSING SUMTER STREET WHILE A UTILITY PIPELINE IS INSTALLED FROM THE NEW SMITH PARKING LOT TO MAXWELL STREET. THE PIPELINE WILL BE BORED UNDER MAXWELL STREET TO KEEP IT OPEN DURING THE INSTALLATION.
